Why not every sourcing opportunity is listed
Not every supplier publicly lists every product they can provide. Some items are sourced only after a buyer confirms a requirement—especially categories suppliers do not normally hold because demand is less frequent, specifications vary or production must be planned.
A current catalogue is therefore only one part of the available supply picture. A structured buying request allows us to search for suitable stock, supplier capacity or manufacturing options.
What to include in a buying request
The more precise the requirement, the more effectively we can assess potential suppliers and commercial fit.
- Product or apparel category
- Required quantity
- Target price or budget, if applicable
- Destination country
- Materials, sizes, quality, packaging or other specifications
- Any timing, brand or documentation requirements
From requirement to opportunity
We review the request against current stock and supplier capabilities, then look for appropriate sourcing opportunities. The result may be an existing stocklot, surplus production, a closeout, a targeted supplier offer or an OEM/private-label route.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or a particular price, but it gives us the commercial detail needed to search meaningfully and suggest relevant alternatives.
